WHAT: Real Estate Mastermind Forum/24 Hour Cities will uncover major urban landscape shifts in Westchester and beyond. Topics will include urban planning, land use, development, finance, sustainability, demographic trends, transit and more.
Keynote speaker Hugh Kelly, PhD, CRE, a world-renowned economist, special advisor to the Real Estate Institute at Fordham University’s School of Professional and Continuing Studies, and author of 24 Hour Cities will share research-informed and profound insights.
A lively panel discussion will follow featuring fellow real estate experts:
Stanley Gniazdowski, CCIM (President, Realty Concepts), David Schiff, AICP (from Kimley-Horn and chair of Westchester/ Fairfield Urban Land Institute), and Rosemary Scanlon (board member of the Transit Council, former Chief Economist for NYNJPA, and Host of the London-NYC Dialog Series).
